The care was good but it was to loud and noisy with beep banging at night.
You have no tea or coffee machines no tea in the morning.

Pauline was absolutely wonderful- I found her friendly and genuine approach really comforting- She showed this with every patient. She made a real difference to my stay.
The care in observations ward varied, possibly down to understaffing.
Test results and procedures weren't very time efficient- I was sent for CT scan without having a pregnancy test- very long waiting. I was nil by mouth.

1. Nurses were nice.
2. TV sound is too low. TV should be next to patient so they choose what they want to watch.
3. More choices in meals e.g bacon, burger.
