Pauline was absolutely wonderful- I found her friendly and genuine approach really comforting- She showed this with every patient. She made a real difference to my stay. The care in observations ward varied, possibly down to understaffing. Test results and procedures weren't very time efficient- I was sent for CT scan without having a pregnancy test- very long waiting. I was nil by mouth.
