I was treated extremely well by all the staff. If I needed anything it was always provided in a very efficient and cheerful manner.
No significant improvements are required.

Very good care from staff but weekend was difficult. The doctors returning on Monday were surprised at her deterioration but soon got her back - amazing improvement by today thanks to nursing.

My stay in East Ham ward was from: 21/01/16- 02/03/16.
The care of all the permanent/full time staff was beyond the care I would expect of a private hospital: exceptional, five star.
Staffing levels (patient to staff ratio) Dipped alarmingly at times, but the staff coped amazingly!
This ability to function so well did not always infect some of the agency nurses (and there were known agency staff who poor standards reflected on the others).
