My stay in East Ham ward was from: 21/01/16- 02/03/16. The care of all the permanent/full time staff was beyond the care I would expect of a private hospital: exceptional, five star. Staffing levels (patient to staff ratio) Dipped alarmingly at times, but the staff coped amazingly! This ability to function so well did not always infect some of the agency nurses (and there were known agency staff who poor standards reflected on the others).
