Staff even junior ones were highly professional and attentive. This said occasionally night shift did not uphold such a high standard. All meals were excellent, with hot meals presented as hot.

Nurses very attentive and helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them.
Nursing, cleaning and staff bringing food all extremely pleasant.
Food not very appetising. Best meal of day breakfast.
When discharged pharmacy should work quicker.

There is no need to improve about your care. I am very pleased for your great care. My mom got a great care from all of you. Nice service, good food and nothing I have to complain about. She was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you for everything. Thanks a lot to- Mr. Sri Ra, Ferufa, Maxene, Toi, Sheebar and Ann Marie too took care of my mom while she was in your care.
