I had the most fantastic stay at the New Victoria Hospital. Nothing was ever too much trouble for the nurses (I felt really sick when my evening meal was served and couldn't eat it and so a nurse made me toast a couple of hours later). They gave me brilliant advice and seemed to really care about my well being. I was really apprehensive about the general anaesthetic and my nurse was so friendly and stayed with me and held my arm until I was under. The choice of food was fantastic and the portions were a good size! I would have happily stayed a few days longer which surprised me!!!
