I found the whole consultation to be a completely relaxed and pleasant experience. My nurse, Louise, was very friendly and helpful and totally put me at ease.

Louise was very attentive and interested in my Stoma concerns. She listened and advised the best way forward to reassure my concerns.
Suggested improvements
I don’t believe Louise could have done anything better, very happy & satisfied with the outcome. I am now trying a new type of appliance ( for me) to see if I can get on with it. Very well Done..

My stoma nurse was called Louise and she was absolutely lovely it was my first time for a stoma review she made me feel at ease and she was very easy to talk to lovely lady xx
