Louise was very attentive and interested in my Stoma concerns. She listened and advised the best way forward to reassure my concerns.

I don’t believe Louise could have done anything better, very happy & satisfied with the outcome. I am now trying a new type of appliance ( for me) to see if I can get on with it. Very well Done..
