We were seen by a very professional and well mannered nurse (Andrew Bird).
He was excellent with the way he listened and took care of my father.
Very understanding and polite as well as efficient.
I was very happy and pleased with the level of care and advise we got from Andrew Bird.
He is a blessing to the NHS and for the patients.
Highly recommend him.

The nurse made me feel that the purpose of the appointment was to ensure my wellbeing and create benchmarks for my future care. I was happy with this consultation along with my previous experiences of this service.
