We were seen by a very professional and well mannered nurse (Andrew Bird).
He was excellent with the way he listened and took care of my father.
Very understanding and polite as well as efficient.
I was very happy and pleased with the level of care and advise we got from Andrew Bird.
He is a blessing to the NHS and for the patients.
Highly recommend him.
