Thank you for your feedback. We do have an accessible toilet with handrails however, these are not available in the other toilets. I'm sorry this wasn't made clear during your visit. Please feel free to ask about the accessible toilet when you next come to clinic as this may be more suitable for your needs.

I was fully informed of what was going to happen. Ihad some quetions that were answered in full before i could ask them which was perfect thank you.The procedure was very easy uncomplicated for me as the patient, a small discomfort but otherwise brilliant. Tammy at nottm was excellent.sufferedfor 18 months with skin problems. Tammy sorted problem out. Early days but looking good. Tell her thanks a million.

A relaxed and friendly atmosphere. I felt that I was in the company of a very competent lady.She was not able to answer a few of my questions because they were beyond her scope, but she was able t tell me where I can get answers.

Car parking. Not enough spaces.

Thank you for the feedback. We don't have the answers to all questions but can generally signpost to someone who does when we are unsure. I'm glad this was useful for you. With regards to the car parking, we have 4 easy access spaces marked with the wheelchair sign which we reserve for people attending clinic. There is not requirement for a blue badge to be able to use these spcaes so please feel free to park there when you next come to clinic.
