Andrew was fantastic as always - listened to my problems and tries his best to help manage them and come up with solutions. Also recognises and acknowledges that despite there not always being an answer/solution to the problem, that it is still frustating and has a massive impact on day to day life. Included me in the discussions and listened to my opinions.

Extremely grateful for N.A.M.S. always had excellent service. Also Lynne the stoma nurse who came out to see my husband was very kind and considerate and he felt confident in her.
