Andrew was fantastic as always - listened to my problems and tries his best to help manage them and come up with solutions. Also recognises and acknowledges that despite there not always being an answer/solution to the problem, that it is still frustating and has a massive impact on day to day life. Included me in the discussions and listened to my opinions.

Listening is an important part of what we do. Thanks for sharing this with others. Sometimes answers or solutions to problems are not there or difficult to find but it is important to acknowledge the problem nonetheless.
