Louise, the stoma nurse was very knowledgable helpful understanding and gave me some good advise and sorted some new stoma products for me to try.

Lynne treated me with respect and understanding from the get go. She was caring and very gentle in her examination but thorough. I would have no problem with seeing her again, it was almost like I’d had her regularly, I was that comfortable with her. Also, every time I call NAMS the people on the other end of the phone are very respectful, try very hard to help you and kind towards me. I never feel uncomfortable about calling them like I do when I have to normally make a phone call!

Lynn was very professional and understanding . She looked at my concerns and offered solutions . I felt completely at ease and comfortable talking to Lynn about my stoma concerns and felt she listened , cared and understood . Thank you Lynn
