Lynne treated me with respect and understanding from the get go. She was caring and very gentle in her examination but thorough. I would have no problem with seeing her again, it was almost like I’d had her regularly, I was that comfortable with her. Also, every time I call NAMS the people on the other end of the phone are very respectful, try very hard to help you and kind towards me. I never feel uncomfortable about calling them like I do when I have to normally make a phone call!
