Nothing but thanks for Tammy for the care and knowledge she was able to provide to help with my granuloma problem. She had the knowledge of providing me with new seals which have helped other ileostomists with granulomas. I'm very pleased she will be the nurse to continue the silver nitrate course of treatment.

My reason for submitting the answers I have submitted is because, they indicate as accurately as possible, I feel about those questions.
I was not examined, therefore I was unable to answer the last question, it states "If an examination was required, were you asked to give consent to the nurse?" If one answered 'not at all'. That would be misleading.
It would be better if it read something on the lines of; Was an examination required? (a) yes (b) no
