I have always found the care, politeness, friendliness and professionalism to be outstanding at NAMS. Tammy is so nice especially in what is an anxiety ridden situation. She cares, and listens and is an outstanding practitioner. Emma was involved also as part of her training and she was also excellent.

Andrew was very courteous but friendly and approachable. I had an online appointment and Andrew was very patient whilst I was removing my stoma pouch and gave me confidence that I was using my phone correctly for him to assess the condition of my stoma. I did not feel at all uncomfortable that my appointment was with a male stoma nurse as Andrew was so professional in his dealing with me. He assured me that if I had any questions or concerns I could telephone the service and speak to a nurse. I am confident that every thing I need to know was dealt with.

I cannot think of anything that could have been done any better. Keep up the good work.
