Andrew was very courteous but friendly and approachable. I had an online appointment and Andrew was very patient whilst I was removing my stoma pouch and gave me confidence that I was using my phone correctly for him to assess the condition of my stoma. I did not feel at all uncomfortable that my appointment was with a male stoma nurse as Andrew was so professional in his dealing with me. He assured me that if I had any questions or concerns I could telephone the service and speak to a nurse. I am confident that every thing I need to know was dealt with.

I cannot think of anything that could have been done any better. Keep up the good work.
