NAMS are amazing. So friendly and efficient and super helpful when I forget to call to ask for a repeat prescription of pouches. The calls are quick, friendly, highly professional and efficient. I do wish they’d let me have 6 months supply of pouches rather than the current 2 months but I guess they need to closely monitor patients. Overall, NAMS are awesome!

Nothing (aside from allowing me a 6 month supply). I’ve never had an issue with my stoma and I can self manage any issues so not having to call every 40 days would be great.

Nurse explained that the pouches were out too small and altered the cut.

Louise made me feel very relaxed and at ease . This was my first review at home and I was a bit nervous , not knowing what to expect. She was very matter of fact and calmed any nerves. She made a simple adjustment to the bag which has made it an even better fit.

Maybe a little more time between booking and appointment!

Andy was the nurse at my appointment , I’ve had consultations with this person before and you immediately feel at ease as his vast knowledge of Crohns comes across in such a way you would think he was a sufferer as well, his retention of other peoples experiences is amazing and hopefully one of the problems I have will be eradicated in the form of a prescribed medication which with some GP’s you wouldn’t get that experience simply because they may not have enough Crohns patience, keep up the good work and I hope other people will find these appointments as useful as I do.
