The staff were all professional and took care of me when I was taken ill whilst on holiday. I was looked after and listened to throughout my time there.

I was very well treated when I called to see if I could have an appointment and the Receptionist was very kind and explained that I would be in a queue and would be booked in after I explained what my health problem was. I explained that I had a swollen throat since Monday and it was giving me difficult pain when I wished to swallow. I filled in the PC with my details and declared that I was in pain and very sore pain in my neck. In 15 mnutes I had a call by the Doctor to follow him to his room.On entering his room I was invited to sit on the chair next to the Doctor at his desk. The Doctor went through my conditions and I was extremely happy with the details he covered throughout the time for about 15 minutes. His final view was that the problem was not serious and for me not to worry. The Doctor prescribed the Capsules =Lansoprazole 15mg gast-res cap for the next month. (28 Capsules) I a m stumped to be able to give you any further help in making it better as I was a happy man when I left the Clinic.

Absolutely overwhelmed by the care and professionalism shown by all staff here. Certainly the jewel in Morecambe's crown. Special thanks to Katie, Nicola and Fiona, and all reception staff.
