Everyone was thoughtful and kind. I was informed of what was going to happen. I was given verbal and written instructions on how to proceed once home,including phone numbers in case of emergency or other inquiries. Thank you Rockingham day unit.

I gave very good but I would have preferred EXCELLENT. The physio I saw which I believe was Jordan was exceptional. He explained things really well and much better than my doctor. He had a marvellous attitude and personality I felt totally at ease and felt so much better after one short session. I learned so much from him in such a short time. Jordan is worth is weight in gold to you. Many many thanks Jordan

Everything went to plan , although I was a little early which meant I was sat on the ward longer than I would have wanted

Was seen and sorted within 3 hours. Lovely staff.

Couldn’t hear the lady behind the screens and it wasn’t very inviting or friendly.

I had to for 8 hours to seen by a doctor

Because without them I wouldn’t have healed, they really looked after my wound when I was being fobbed off by other services. Appointments were always on time if not on time they got you in earlier. The staff were lovely and very reassuring.

Would be better if there was a clinic at Doncaster rather than mexbriugh but I drive so wasn’t too bad for me but would make journeys easier
