The instructions of the exercises that I had to do at home were very clear! They also draw few pictures to remember them.
Charlotte V was asking me how I was doing and felt and the beginning of the session and during it.
I was all the time involved in the decisions on my care.
Things that could be improved is more days that you could come to the gym.
It's only on Thursday and Friday and because I will work on shifts, I had to book an appointment with a difference of 2 or 3 weeks.
Everything was good.
I have been treated with compassion and professionalism.
Good physiotherapist giving me good advice.
Very straightforward and professional.
The consultant Stephen Kelly was very helpful but the process to get tests done has been very poorly carried out. I phone 10 days after my appointment and was told there were no referrals on the system for any tests, then spoke to Dr Kelly's secretary who said they had been sent off. I got my MRI appt through but phoned to change it and was told to go in that day, but they failed to tell me which site to go to and so I turned up at the wrong place, and they had no record of me on their system. I phoned the EMG dept and they told me also that they had no appt for me. I explained that I needed the test done before I saw the consultant and so they offered me an appointment that week. If I hadn't phoned them I would still be waiting to be seen. I arrived at my consultant appt to be told that they hadn't go the results of the EMG yet and the diagnostic process has been delayed further.
