The nurse (Maureen) was very friendly and took her time to make sure I was feeling comfortable. I was given good advice and informative counselling.

- Dr was great.
- Toilets smell, toilet had no UD which is very unhygienic.
- One of the receptionist was licking her fingers to go through papers and then touched "my paper", this is unacceptable and filthy.
- Radiologist was amazing.

Waiting time could be improved. The reception staff (at the rheumology reception) definitely, as they have no notion of the words "customer service"', a sector in which I work. A smile would be a start!
The doctor was excellent, if brief, and the lady in X-ray reception very friendly.
Other than the above, I was pleased with my care, not so pleased with how long the whole process takes as it means having to take a full day off work.
