Waiting time could be improved. The reception staff (at the rheumology reception) definitely, as they have no notion of the words "customer service"', a sector in which I work. A smile would be a start! The doctor was excellent, if brief, and the lady in X-ray reception very friendly. Other than the above, I was pleased with my care, not so pleased with how long the whole process takes as it means having to take a full day off work.
