Pointless questoin as I have no say in what ward a patient would be allocated to. The treatment was wonderful and the care and attention of the staff was first class
Communication between departments and staff - improved. the EDN process is very poor due to the process/issues above.
Lovely sister.
All the nurses and support staff have been friendly and courteous and have looked after me well. The main overall issue is well know. The lack of consultants & doctor at weekends and bank holidays means delays to the correct treatment and the patient feeling 'in limbo' I cannot fault the ward staff and overall care however.

Staff was very good and helpful, but it is the very long wait for a bed when you get one there is only bed, hard chair, no table. Not a good bed. Then when you do get sorted out , you hae to pay parking like 5-6 hours.
The staff were amazing from the Dr's through to the cleaners nothing was too much trouble a big thank you to all

All staff very frienldy and re-assuring waiting area benchs in ECC area very uncofortable for long periods of waiting
