Everyone introduced themselves, were friendly. Everything they were going to do they explained in a way I could easily understand. Everywhere was clean + tidy.

Came to the hospital with my 9 year old son who had a bang to his head. Staff made us both feel very comfortable. It reassured us that we were in safe hands, nursing staff were excellent. Young girl being sick in the waiting area.
