Physio extremely helpful and informative. Good, caring, attitude. Explained things clearly. Receptionist friendly and helpful. Triage nurse pleasant and efficient.

The ward was nice, clean and staff were very supportive. They tended to all my needs without question. There was great care taken over the cleaning and tidying of the ward.

. Caring staff- very busy at all time but still make the time to help etc . Strange that there's no decaffeinated tea/coffee available.

Once on the ward, with a bed, the care was friendly and excellent in every way. During the day before going on the ward, the medical examinations were excellent, but there were long intervals between the examinations. When no information was given as to what was happening. Total time about 7 hours.

It was very good, the nursing staff were very good too. I don't think it could be improved.
