Doctors, nurses, caterers and cleaning staff all very polite, respectfull, caring and compasionate. The ward is calm and well run at all times. Have been in many hospitals but this is the best.

Everything was explained clearly and precisely. The staff were unfailing cheerful, efficient and consciencious. The care was of a high standard and the wards was kept clean. The leaflet on the procedure written by r Cynk was particularly helpful.
