All appointments have been a really good experience except for one scan which felt really rushed and after which I was booked in for further appointments and another scan without anyone explaining why. I felt anxious after this and called the midwifery team who explained the situation to me. Just a quick conversation on the day would have solved this, but I understand how busy the clinic get.

Care has been consistent, friendly, polite and not patronizing, which is why we changed hospitals.
Staff are fantastic.
You could improve on appointment making that is been the only negative point so far.
