Friendly staff with a caring attitude to patients.
There is not a lot that the staff need to do, they are on top of the job. Their rating 10 out of 10.

Staff were lovely. Tea was good.
I might not mix those waiting for surgery with those that have been silly things like they can't eat an drink and see others pain may make them more nervous.

Professional staff who were kind, understanding and treated me with the up most care. As well as being friendly and helpful, they explained every stage in detail and answered all questions I had.
Your staff are absolutely amazing and make this whole process seam less from beginning to end - such a professional team :-)
