Hospital staff were extremely caring and compassionate. They always communicated well, and asked questions. There was no such thing as a 'stupid' question from patient.

Friendly, caring staff and made to feel welcomed and cared for.
Only criticism would be that I would prefer not to hear my situation to be discussed in earshot - rather discuss out of earshot or involve me in the discussion.
