All staff were extremely helpful and always willing to explain anything I needed to know, I was particularly impressed by the patience whatever the situation. I did feel that the mix of surgical and medical beds caused many problems as medical patients seem to need more members of staff in attendance. Surely it is not too difficult to have dedicated wards so that staff can use the space
