Excellent staff - answered all of our questions/concerns. Waiting for almost 4 hours before mum was taken through for her procedure. She is nearly 86 and has vascular dementia!! Sister's note - patient ate and was having sedation, had to wait for 6 hours after eating before going to theatre.
