Outstanding care and attention all day from the start in Brown zone, through to pre op care in Pink zone and then after care in Yellow zone. Every single member of staff, from cleaners, cafeteria servers, nurses, doctors were polite, calm, funny and very professional. They all made what could have been a traumatic and worrying day, exactly the opposite. Many thanks NHS
