The care was amazing. The midwives are kind, caring, supportive and extremely knowledgeable-they will not take any risks. I was blue lighted to pembury and while the hospital team were also kind and professional their approach is obviously very different and you feel less supported especially postnatally-so it was interesting to experience both and know that we had made the right choice to use the birth centre. The home from home feel is relaxing and midwifes just want to make sure that you feel really to go home. Improvements-NHS pay for your midwifes to get taxis not buses!
