Only problem is with Hospital Phamacy.
They never call your number!
I was informed to wait about 15 min and guess what it took 45 min!
Then what, I got parking penalty for 20 min late.
Unacceptable!
First, the machine did not give out change and phamacy took forever.
I couldn't leave the phamacy to extend my ticket because they would call me. so I wait minute by minute.
It was all my fault wasn't it!!
The hospital was clean, friendly and professional.
A clean and well designed hospital(Queen Mary's, Roehampton), perhaps some of the waiting rooms are a bit small for busy clinics.
my frustrations with the hospital is down to the lack of communication between departments and the system in getting appointments
I do have some mixed feelings about Kingston Hospital due to previous care of family members. However, my own experience has been good and I hope that this is something that continues.
good hospital, though the hospital needs more parking - especially blue badge
Very efficient, friendly and professional.
I am happy with the care my daughter received from the nurses, HCA's & doctor's.
The care and service was perfect, the only down side I would say was in the childrens waiting area, the toys were very well used and dirty. some broken.
My views here are of E.N.T. only. I have not found other departments even close to this standard.
