Everything, ward 11 staff friendly the re was always regular visits to your room. No waiting if you buzzed. Started on day surgery, staff was great and had overnight stay ward 11 recovery suite.

The staff were very helpful. The weekend did not have the same level of staff to keep up the exercise care.

When Kev arrived on the ward his care was very good. He had a bad bleed and was in lots of pain, and the staff gave exemplary care. I did feel on the second night however that he was in a great deal of pain. this wasn't taken into account, and even though he was written up to receive meds every hour, he was made to wait. He also didn't have his regular meds written up.

Really good at keeping patients informed. Food was good I liked it. Bed times in making it long night hadn't seen any aims made feel had been left too long technical excellence.
