When Kev arrived on the ward his care was very good. He had a bad bleed and was in lots of pain, and the staff gave exemplary care. I did feel on the second night however that he was in a great deal of pain. this wasn't taken into account, and even though he was written up to receive meds every hour, he was made to wait. He also didn't have his regular meds written up.
