Everything was good apart of timing. I was waiting nurses there 4 hours which could be less.

Staff were very helpful and kind despite being under great pressure and really busy.

For patients in wheelchairs it would be nice if someone would check if they require a drink or something to eat and assist them. Having said the above I did get a lovely nurse who sorted me out.

I was involved in all the decision about my care and give information on how to deal with my injury going found.

Communication about which medicine I was being given was unclear. The triage process took a long time before I was seen by the relevant department.
