There was a lot of back and forth explaining the same thing to multiple clinician which I tell was unnecessary.
Suggested improvements
Avoid the need to talk to so many people as the patient explained that they cannot sit for long period and being sent back to A and E constantly without any timely updates.

I came with an ambulance to the emergency due to that I was having senses chest pain and to my suspense I was not attended from 10 pm to 8 am in the morning imagine if that pain could take my life what will they have said.

A lot of improvement is needed and I think they need to improve their communication skills because there was no communication from the doctors and the nurses. I am highly disappointed.
