I stay in KGH was very comfortable. I think more help is needed, staff has too much to cope. Thanks for everything.

I was treated with kindness from the time I was wheeled into this ward apart from the 2/4/16 and 3/4/16 nights. It was one member of the night staff and not the entire team. I was scared and crying on the/4 evening wondering what would happen at night but the day staff reassured me and also explained my fears to the night staff nurse. The ward has good staff but due to staff shortage they are expected to do like impossible. The stress they are under is not good for them nor is it beneficial to the vulnerable patients they are caring from management need to be mindful of the pressure the staff are under.

The staff are extremely friendly Kiki was amazing! She looked after me so well, as did Kate, Gemma, literally every member of staff.

All staff were friendly and professional. All my questions were answered and I was asked if I understood what was happening. My friend who was with me was included in discussions. We were both given a hot drink which was very welcome.

Very friendly staff, good introductions of who they are and what they gonna be doing to you. Each one wearing a smile of assurance and concern. I felt really comfortable and have enjoyed my little stay.
