The gown I was provided with is poorly designed. It constantly slipped forwards off my shoulders or felt like it was about to, which made for an uncomfortable experience. Apart from that, all the staff were wonderful, from porters to nurses and surgeons.They were professional conscientious helpful and friendly without exception. So its iddficuelt to see waht can be improved.

All nurses are excellent, really felt like they care. Could improve on information about waiting times for operation and not keep being changed. Also there was no staff or porters to collect from recovery for an extra 2 hours.
