I have confidence on ability and knowledge of doctors etc.
Procedures they followed were successful. Treatment good but admin around appointments.
Customer service, admin staff on telephones, some nurses in out-patient areas although polite and not efficient.
Where appointment process is not efficient with unacceptable wait times the norm.

Nurses and doctors were very good and kind BCC.
I was there a long time., as they had a lot of patients waiting, over all very good in the circumstances.
