I have confidence on ability and knowledge of doctors etc. Procedures they followed were successful. Treatment good but admin around appointments. Customer service, admin staff on telephones, some nurses in out-patient areas although polite and not efficient. Where appointment process is not efficient with unacceptable wait times the norm.
