Nothing needs improving at all. Everything was good! Extremely friendly staff. Cannot do enough to help, put my mind at rest completely. Unlike other hospitals here, you are seen as a person, not a name on a list. Want to thank you for my care x.

Quick - Seen to by the nurses quickly. Although waited longer for appointment as original appointment was cancelled due to junior doctor strike.

The waiting area was clean and bright which immediately puts patients at ease. The nurses were very friendly towards all patients and engaged in small talk which made for a wonderful experience. Kim and Hazel Edgar who attended to my Gran were absolutely lovely. Dr Mohammed Choudhory who also attended to my Gran was very thorough. He explained everything clearly and calmly and answered all our questions. Overall we are extremely satisfied with the efficiency and speed of the service provided. Thank you.
