The doctor took her time to explain what the possible causes of illness could be. Most of the nurses are quite kind and helpful, however there are a few that have an attitude and do not want to help, they do not make eye contact or explain what they are doing.

First impressions were not good as the receptionist (dark hair & glasses) was extremely miserable and unhelpful. It would have been nice if she was friendly and welcoming, especially when I was V. nervous about my procedure. Everyone else was lovely.
