-On attendance, the nurse who performed the obs on my ticket immediately called a doctor to attend to him.
-Being the only patient for more than an hour, there was a prolonged wait for the 2nd doctor who was to also follow up.
-I was asked to complete a survey and was gobbsmached when I noticed the nurse reading my comments. I thought the purpose for survey was anonymity. I had to ask for another sheet. That is very poor and distressful.

Once we got thro triage, my daughter was seen to quickly by staff nurse Nick, who made her comfortable. Bleed tests took over 3 hrs to come thro!!
Did not see the doctor till after nearly 4 hrs!! Not good.
Thank God for Nic (staff nurse).

Excellent care from nurses. Seen by doctors, 2nd doctor was much more impressive than 1st and had a better bedside manner.
