-On attendance, the nurse who performed the obs on my ticket immediately called a doctor to attend to him. -Being the only patient for more than an hour, there was a prolonged wait for the 2nd doctor who was to also follow up. -I was asked to complete a survey and was gobbsmached when I noticed the nurse reading my comments. I thought the purpose for survey was anonymity. I had to ask for another sheet. That is very poor and distressful.
