Staff were exceptional with elderly, vulnerable patient visiting Trauma OPD today. She needed a lot of assistance and it was given cheerfully and with great professionalism. Many thanks to all concerned in her care. She even got a cup of tea.

This was our fast appointment at King Georges with Dr Rawal, so it was more of an assessment and forward thinking to get some answers as to cause of problems - prior treatment.
Nurse/receptionist very nice and welcoming.
