I came 19:20 29/05/2016, having severe pain in my stomach. I approached window 2, where a black girl with white glasses asked for DOB. The mike was not working and the fan was on, she could not hear me. I asked for a while as I could not speak loudly because of my severe pain - she refused to switch off the fan and shouted in front of other patients to speak loudly.
Nurses were great.
Reception got my condition which meant I had to wait longer than I had to. My condition was chest pain and hiccups. Receptionist only wrote hiccups. Was in pain for all of the time in the chest.Chest pain and hiccups was stressed when asked by the initial assessment team at reception. They failed to note this on my assesment report.
V.friendly however there were times when I was left without anyone explaining what I needed to do/what was happening which was confusing.
I want to say they all were great.
Its all good.
Nurses were friendly and informative, Doctor was clear with prognosis and again very helpful/informative.
Emily is the best nurse I have dealt with.
Very good.Doctor and reception was OK.
Waiting was too long but the end (good news) was Okay.
